Water Main Break

(January 31, 2022)

Good afternoon this is the Cortlandt Consolidated Water District with an important message regarding water service to your area. 

The Town of Cortlandt has completed the repairs to the water main on Furnace Dock Road. Water staff continue to remove air from the system through fire hydrants throughout your area.

When your water has been restored you may experience discolored water or air in your lines. We ask that you refrain from washing clothing until the cold water in your home runs clear and the residual air has dissipated.
