The next HCPD Community Forum will be on Wednesday, September 28th at 5:00 pm at Borough Hall with Sergeant Steve Frazee and Officer Dan Grundtisch presenting: Officer Training, Firearms, and SWAT.  Chief Burnaford will also review the HCPD Organization Chart as he has done at each HCPD Community Forum. This will be the fourth in a series of six HCPD Community Forums.
