Hello campers!

Attached are the assessment forms for CMC/MMC points.  There is one form for each day of the conference. Please return all completed forms to: educationconference@mcanj.us by no later than May 15, 2024.

Reminder, if you attended the Rutgers session on Tuesday, that assessment form was provided in your folder during the session and it is to be returned to Laura Flagg.

Presentations from the Speakers are being added to the conference page as we get them. You will receive an email in the near future with instructions on how to obtain your CEUs chart.
