MCANJ is now accepting New and Renewal Membership Applications for the 2020 – 2021 Term through our online system. 

Full, Associate and Affiliate Members – Once you complete your online application and hit “SEND”, an Application Submission Confirmation & Invoice will appear on your screen. Print two copies of this document, use one to process your payment and one to return with your check to MCANJ. 

There is no need to forward the Purchase Order as the “Claimant’s Certification and Declaration” does not require execution; just return the second copy of the invoice with a check payable to MCANJ, to

Please remember that a separate application is required for each member; however, one payment can be processed for multiple memberships from the same municipality or county. 

Honorary Members – Once you complete your online application and hit “SEND”, a message will appear on your screen confirming your application has been received. No payment is due and no further action on your part is necessary for the 2020 – 2021 Membership Term. 

Help keep our membership strong by prompt submission of your membership application and payment on or before September 1, 2020. Remember that the MCANJ cultivates and promotes an understanding of the official duties and obligations of the office of the Municipal Clerk. Our Association’s main focus is to provide educational opportunities which enhances professionalism and provides benefits to our membership by communicating ideas and information that will assist the Clerk in their role as a government official.
