Authorized representatives of public entities should have received a personalized myNJ authorization code by email. This code will be used once to link to the Department of State Public Notice. You will need to login into your myNJ account and enter your authorization
code to activate the Department of State Public Notice access. You must then log out and log back in. When you log back in, click the SimpliGov tile and open the Public Notice Form to enter your municipality’s information and legal notice URL information.
Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message. The municipality’s hyperlink will then appear on the SoS Statewide Legal Notice webpage. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the municipality’s
webpage to appear on the
Statewide
Legal Notice page.
