Hello Mendham Township Residents. This is a reminder that the 2022 Townwide reassessment program is nearly complete. In December 2021, each homeowner was sent a letter from Associated Appraisal Group containing the assessed value of their home for 2022. If you have questions about your new assessed value, you may request a meeting with the appraiser to discuss it. As noted in the letter, all meetings regarding the 2022 home assessment must be completed by January 25, 2022. Meetings can be arranged by calling Associated Appraisal Group at (908) 967-6272, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:30 A.M and 4:00 P.M. Due to Covid-19, all meetings will be telephone conferences.
