PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE in accordance with the provision of Chapter 240 of the Laws of 2006,

the Plattekill Fire District shall hold a public hearing to discuss the contents of its proposed

budget for 2021.

The public hearing will be conducted at the firehouse located on Old Firehouse Road Plattekill,

New York 12568 at 7pm on October 20, 2020.

A copy of the proposed budget is available at office of Town Clerks of The Town of Plattekill

at the Town Hall 44/55 Plattekill, New York and the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of

Newburgh, Rte 300 Newburgh, New York and the fire district secretary at 45 old Firehouse

Road Plattekill, New York where it may be inspected by any interested person during office

hours.
