NOTICE TO BIDDERS

          The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Coldenham Fire District, Walden, NY will receive sealed bids for lawn mowing and grounds maintenance for the 2020 season.

          Bids on said item will be submitted to Coldenham Fire District PO Box 10595  Newburgh  NY  12552 in a sealed envelope and each bid shall bear on the face thereof, the name and address of the bidder and be clearly identified as “Lawn and Grounds Bid”.

          Bids must be received by 7:00 p.m. on May 11, 2020 and will be read aloud at the regular meeting to be held on May 11, 2020 at 7:30 PM.  Contractors will be advised no later than May 22, 2020 of the status of their bid.

          Specifications may be obtained by e-mailing the Coldenham Fire District at request4specs@coldenhamfd.org

          Bids must comply with the Laws of the State of New York.  Bids must include proof of insurance and a non-collusion bid certification.  See bid specs for detailed requirements which must be submitted with each bid.

          The board of Fire Commissions reserves the right to consider bids for a period of thirty (30) days after their opening, during which time no bidder may withdraw his bid and the right is reserved to the Board of Fire Commissioners to accept or reject any and all bids.
