Good Afternoon, This email alert is to notify you that the 3rd quarter taxes due August 1st will be on the system as of July 16, 2021. Please be advised that the bills will be mailed out shortly. The grace period has been extended to August 31st, 2021 for your convenience. Please note the methods of payment are as follows: Online: www.plainfieldnj.gov<http://www.plainfieldnj.gov> via ACH transfer using a valid checking account or via credit card which will carry a non-refundable 2% fee. Mail: Please make your checks or money orders* to : City of Plainfield Tax Collector's Office 515 Watchung Avenue, Room 101 Plainfield, NJ 07060 Dropoff: Due to health and safety concerns, we ask that you continue to only bring money order or check* for payment. The dropbox will continue to be available in the lobby for your convenience. *Please write your account number or block/lot on the memo page. If you wish to have a receipt, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for mailing.
