Notice of Availability of COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments
A limited number of COVID-19 vaccination appointments have been made available on a first
come, first served basis in accordance with the State's phased distribution. See
current

You must live, work, or go to school in Sussex County to book an appointment.
Appointments are for first doses only.
These appointments will be taken very quickly so do not delay in responding.

If you are unsuccessful this time, your name will remain on our notification list until
you are able to make an appointment.
When you have an appointment, be sure to complete, print and sign the vaccine consent form
