TAXES:
2026 FINAL/2027 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING PRINTED AND WILL BE MAILED  BY 8/6/26.  3rd QUARTER TAXES ARE DUE ON 8/1/2026 BUT WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED GRACE PERIOD UNTIL 8/31/26. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER 8/31/2026 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 8/1/2026. NJSA 54:4-67

SEWER RENT:
SEWER RENT 2026 FINAL/2027 PRELIMINARY BILLS WERE MAILED ON JULY 23, 2026  SEWER RENT IS DUE ON 9/1/2026, WITH A 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD.  PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER 9/10/2026 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 9/1/2026.

Payments can be made the following ways:

• Pay/View Property Taxes/Sewer Rent online.  New online features including autopay and storing payment information.  AUTOPAY IS AVAILABLE FOR BOTH TAX & SEWER.   Last day to sign up for Tax Auto Pay is 8/7/26 and Sewer Auto Pay will be 8/24/26. How to enroll in Autopay.
• Mail a check using your payment stub to: West Windsor Tax Collector or Sewer Rent, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550   Please note your cancelled check is your receipt.
• Tax and Sewer Rent payments can be placed in the green 24-hour drive-up drop box, it is installed on the left side of the circle prior to the flagpoles. Payments received after 3:00 pm are credited to the next business day.  Tax Payments received after 5pm, on 8/31/2026 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. Sewer Payments received after 5pm, on 9/10/26 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. 

• If using your personal online banking, please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank).  When asked for an account number please use your Tax account number or Sewer Rent account number (This information is on your tax bill or sewer rent bill.  Account Numbers are NOT the same for Tax and Sewer.) Online banking payments should be made payable and mailed to: West Windsor Tax Collector or Sewer Rent, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550. (Please note: Tax Payments should be made payable to West Windsor Tax Collector and Sewer Rent payments should be made payable to West Windsor Sewer Rent.)
