2023 FINAL/2024 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS UPDATE -8/18/2023

Please note that the Township has not received a certified tax rate for the 2023 Final/2024 Preliminary tax bills. Once we receive a certified
rate, the Township will prepare and mail out the bills. Pursuant to Statutory law, the grace period for 3rd quarter property taxes (due August 1st) will be extended
based on the mailing date. The grace period will be specified on the tax bill and the Township will update via email and by posting on the Township website.

2023 SEWER RENT BILLS WERE MAILED ON 7/12/2023
Sewer Rent is due on 9/1/2023 with a 10 day grace period (9/11/2023). PAYMENTS RECEVIED AFTER 9/11/2023 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 9/1/2023. NJSA 54:4-67
Sewer Rent information can be found on our website by using the following direct link:

Change the drop down box under "Select service to query" from Tax to Sewer to view sewer information.
Payments can be made the following ways:

Pay Sewer Rent
online.

Mail a check using your payment stub to: West Windsor Sewer Rent, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550 Please note your cancelled check is your receipt.

Sewer Rent payments can be placed in the
new green 24 hour drive up drop box, which has been installed on the left side of the circle prior to the flagpoles.
Payments received after 3:00 p.m. are credited to the next business day.
Sewer payments received after 5pm on 9/11/2023 will be considered late and processed on the next business day.

If using your personal online banking, please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank). When asked for an account please use Sewer
Rent account number. This
information is on the bills
and can also be found online by clicking
here.
Account Numbers are NOT the same for Tax and Sewer, please be sure to use the correct account number for the payment you are submitting.
