MCANJ Scholarship Application Now Available! Regular Members in good standing (membership paid in full) of MCANJ continuing their pursuit of RMC, CMC and MMC certifications are eligible for Scholarships. CMC and MMC Scholarship candidates must also be tenured Municipal Clerks; however, if none apply, consideration will be given to non-tenured clerks. These Scholarships will be awarded at the MCANJ Annual Conference. Scholarships to the Annual Conference will be awarded prior to the conference. Applications are due by December 31, 2025.
