[MCANJ Members] A5117 - Petition Signatures

Good Morning & Happy Monday MCANJ Members! Although not signed by the Governor, A5117 has passed both houses and is awaiting the Governor’s signature. Attached please find new petition signature requirements which meet the new law. You should inform candidates to get at least the minimum number of signatures required under the new law.
