4TH QUARTER PROPERTY TAXES: Fourth quarter property taxes must be received by Thursday, November 10th to avoid interest. Note that interest charges on payments made after the grace period are calculated back to the November 1st due date. A 24-hour drive-up drop box is installed on the left side of the circle prior to the flagpoles. All payments left in the drop box by 5pm on November 10th will be credited that day and will not be subject to interest DUE TO ONGOING RENOVATIONS of the MUNICIPAL building, only the lobby will be open to the public. Property Tax & Sewer Rent information can be found on our website by using the following direct link: https://webportal.municipal-software.com/lookup/westwindsor Change the drop down box under "Select service to query" from Tax to Sewer to view sewer information. Payments can be made the following ways: * Pay Property Taxes online<https://www.cit-e.net/west_windsor-nj/cn/TaxBill_Std/?tpid=8192>. * Pay Sewer Rent online<https://www.cit-e.net/west_windsor-nj/cn/Vital_UtiBill/?tpid=8193>. * Mail a check using your payment stub to: West Windsor Tax Collector or Sewer Rent, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550 Please note your cancelled check is your receipt. * Tax and Sewer Rent payments can be placed in the new green 24 hour drive up drop box, it has been installed on the left side of the circle prior to the flagpoles. Payments received after 3:00 pm are credited to the next business day. Tax Payments received after 5pm, on 11/10 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. * If using your personal online banking, please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank). When asked for an account please use your Tax account number or Sewer Rent account number (This information is on your tax bill or sewer rent bill and also is available here<https://webportal.municipal-software.com/lookup/westwindsor>. Account Numbers are NOT the same for Tax and Sewer.) Online banking payments should be made payable and mailed to: West Windsor Tax Collector or Sewer Rent, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550. (Please note: Tax Payments should be made payable to West Windsor Tax Collector and Sewer Rent payment made payable to West Windsor Sewer Rent.)
