TAXES: 2025 FINAL/2026 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS WERE MAILED ON JULY 22, 2025 . 3rd QUARTER TAXES ARE DUE 8/1/2025 BUT WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED GRACE PERIOD UNTIL 8/22/25. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER 8/22/25 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 8/1/2025. NJSA 54:4-67 SEWER RENT: SEWER RENT BILLS WERE MAILED AUGUST 20, 2025, SEWER RENT IS DUE ON 9/1/2025, THE GRACE PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 9/15/2025. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER 9/15/2025 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 9/1/2025. Payments can be made the following ways: * Pay/View Property Taxes/Sewer Rent online.<https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=1113> New online features including autopay and storing payment information. AUTOPAY IS AVAILBALE FOR BOTH TAX & SEWER. Last day to sign up for Tax Auto Pay is 8/1 and Sewer Auto Pay will be 9/1. * Mail a check using your payment stub to: West Windsor Tax Collector or Sewer Rent, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550 Please note your cancelled check is your receipt. * Tax and Sewer Rent payments can be placed in the green 24 hour drive up drop box, it is installed on the left side of the circle prior to the flagpoles. Payments received after 3:00 pm are credited to the next business day. Tax Payments received after 5pm, on 8/22/25 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. Sewer Payments received after 5pm, on 9/15/25 will be considered late and processed on the next business day.
