2023 FINAL/2024 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING PRINTED AND WILL BE MAILED ON OR ABOUT 9/19/2023. Taxes for the 3rd quarter were due on 8/1/2023 with an EXTENDED GRACE PERIOD UNTIL 10/16/2023. Payments RECEIVED AFTER 10/16/2023 will be charged interest from 8/1/2023. NJSA 54:4-67 Property Tax & Sewer Rent information can be found on our website by using the following direct link: https://webportal.municipal-software.com/lookup/westwindsor Payments can be made the following ways: * Pay Property Taxes online<https://www.cit-e.net/west_windsor-nj/cn/TaxBill_Std/?tpid=8192>. * Mail a check using your payment stub to: West Windsor Tax Collector, PO Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550 Please note your cancelled check is your receipt. * Tax payments can be placed in the new green 24 hour drive up drop box, it has been installed on the left side of the circle prior to the flagpoles. Payments received after 3:00 p.m. are credited to the next business day. Tax Payments received after 5pm, on 10/16/23 will be considered late and processed on the next business day which would be charged with interest back to August 1. * If using your personal online banking, please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank). Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. 2023 FINAL/2024 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS UPDATE -9/7/2023 - still delayed Please note that the Township has not received a certified tax rate for the 2023 Final/2024 Preliminary tax bills. Once we receive a certified rate, the Township will prepare and mail out the bills. Pursuant to Statutory law, the grace period for 3rd quarter property taxes (due August 1st) will be extended based on the mailing date. The grace period will be specified on the tax bill and the Township will update via email and by posting on the Township website. Thank you for your patience! 2023 SEWER RENT BILLS WERE MAILED ON 7/12/2023 Sewer Rent is due on 9/1/2023 with a 10 day grace period (9/11/2023). PAYMENTS RECEVIED AFTER 9/11/2023 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 9/1/2023.
