Payments received after August 20th, interest will be charged from August 1. DUE TO ONGOING RENOVATIONs of the MUNICIPAL building, only the lobby will be open to the public. Box 38 271 Clarksville Road West Windsor, NJ 08550 Please note your cancelled check is your receipt. * The drop box is now temporarily located to inside lobby of Administration entrance on the right wall as you walk in. The lobby is open to the public weekdays, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to drop off payments. During this time the box will be checked throughout the day. * Using your personal online banking. Please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank).
