TAXES: 2026 FINAL/2027 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING PRINTED AND WILL BE MAILED BY 8/6/26. 3rd QUARTER TAXES ARE DUE ON 8/1/2026 BUT WILL HAVE AN EXTENDED GRACE PERIOD UNTIL 8/31/26. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER 8/31/2026 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 8/1/2026. NJSA 54:4-67 SEWER RENT: SEWER RENT 2026 FINAL/2027 PRELIMINARY BILLS WERE MAILED ON JULY 23, 2026 SEWER RENT IS DUE ON 9/1/2026, WITH A 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD. PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER 9/10/2026 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM 9/1/2026. Payments can be made the following ways: * Pay/View Property Taxes/Sewer Rent online.<https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=1113> New online features including autopay and storing payment information. AUTOPAY IS AVAILABLE FOR BOTH TAX & SEWER. Last day to sign up for Tax Auto Pay is 8/7/26 and Sewer Auto Pay will be 8/24/26. Payments received after 3:00 pm are credited to the next business day. Tax Payments received after 5pm, on 8/31/2026 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. Sewer Payments received after 5pm, on 9/10/26 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. * If using your personal online banking, please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank). When asked for an account number please use your Tax account number or Sewer Rent account number (This information is on your tax bill or sewer rent bill. 2026 FINAL/2027 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS ARE DELAYED

2026 FINAL/2027 PRELIMINARY TAX BILLS UPDATE The Township has not received a certified tax rate for the 2026 Final/2027 Preliminary tax bills. Once we receive a certified tax rate, the Township will prepare and mail out the bills. Pursuant to law, the grace period for payment of 3rd quarter property taxes (due August 1st) will be extended based on the mailing date. The grace period for payment will be specified on the tax bill and will be posted on the Township website<https://www.westwindsortwp.gov/departments/finance/tax_collector.php>.
