Once we receive a certified rate, the Township will prepare and mail out the bills. Pursuant to Statutory law, the grace period for 3rd quarter property taxes (due August 1st) will be extended based on the mailing date. The grace period will be specified on the tax bill and the Township will update via email and by posting on the Township website. Payments received after 3:00 p.m. are credited to the next business day. Sewer payments received after 5pm on 9/11/2023 will be considered late and processed on the next business day. * If using your personal online banking, please allow 7-10 business days for bank processing (an actual check is mailed to our office by your bank).
